For the sofas we offer free delivery and fitting to all London postcodes, delivery is carried out by our own delivery team. For all postcodes outside of London we use our trusted courier company, the charges are in England we charge £99, for Wales we charge £120 and certain postcodes in Scotland we charge £150.
For the beds, wardrobes and dining sets we offer free delivery and fitting for all London postcodes. For surrounding London areas there is a surcharge depending on the postcode. Unfortunately we do not deliver these items nationwide.

Lead times vary depending on the product and postcode.
Most of the sofas we keep in stock and offer nationwide delivery within 7 days. If the sofa is not in stock, from order date to delivery date the lead time is between 2-6 weeks, we would keep you updated throughout this period.
Most of the wardrobes, chests and bedsides we keep in stock and deliver within 10 days of ordering to all London postcodes. If any of these items are out of stock, from order date to delivery date the lead time is approx 2-4 weeks.
For bespoke beds these are all made on order and the lead time from order date to delivery date is within 7 days to all London postcodes.
The remaining beds we generally keep stock, this includes our mattresses, offering delivery within 5 days of ordering to all London postcodes.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request that the pathway to the designated room be cleared of any obstacles, such as furniture or decorative items. This will allow our team to complete the setup efficiently and safely.
What if my order is damaged or I recieved the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at londonfurnitureoutlet@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue and assist you promptly.

You may cancel or reschedule your delivery free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the delivery will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
If the sofa cannot be delivered due to access limitations, the delivery guys will return the item, and a member of our team will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

If the item doesn't fit in the designated space or through your door, the delivery guys will return it to us. Our team will then reach out to you to discuss your options, whether that’s arranging a refund or selecting an alternative model. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

We do offer a dismantle and disposable service, if you send us images of the items you need disposing of, we will then give you a quote to remove.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we provide complimentary assembly in the room of your choice.
Can I choose a delivery day?

For all deliveries in and around London we would liaise with yourself to arrange a day that suits both of us. We would then give you a 3 hour time slot the day before delivery. For nationwide deliveries our courier company go to certain areas on certain days of the week, we will let you know which day when you have put the order through for example all Liverpool postcodes beginning with L our courier company deliver on a Wednesday of every week.
Is it possible to have my sofa delivered to an address other than the billing address?
Is it possible to have my sofa delivered to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, we can deliver to an address different from the billing address. Simply enter the alternative address in the "Delivery Address" section at checkout.
However, if you are using our finance options, please note that we can only deliver to the billing address associated with your payment method.
